DB1 Group brings in US$ 23 million with a 44% growth in 2021

The DB1 Group, formed by Brazilian technology companies based in Maringá – PR, reports the balance of its activities in 2021, with a year full of achievements. 

In 2021, the group of companies earned US$ 23 million, with more than 44% growth compared to the previous year. In addition, it served more than 4,500 customers in 2021, 30 of which were in Argentina, the United States, and Portugal.  

Companies focused on digital e-commerce transformation were the ones that drove the group’s growth, as well as in 2020, caused by the change of consumption patterns. 

Highlighted are the results of DB1 Global Software, which specializes in developing on-demand software, with a 37% growth in overall revenue. In international business alone, there was more than 97% growth in 2021 compared to 2020. 

In the e-commerce ecosystem, the operation of ANYMARKET LATAM, the sales platform on marketplaces, with the continuity of its internationalization, stood out with its growth. The international process registered an increase of 222% about 2020. Likewise, the Brazilian operation of ANYMARKET grew by 59%. 

Still in the e-commerce segment, Koncili, the first payment reconciliation software on the marketplaces, grew 134% with a 62% increase in consolidated GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), reaching R$ 3.6 billion reconciled.  

Consignet, a company specialized in payroll automation and benefits with payroll discounts, grew 30% compared to 2020.  

The DB1 Group’s workforce grew by 40.7%, reaching 800 people, and has 80 open positions to accompany the business growth in 2022. By the end of the year, the expectation is to hire another 450 employees. 

In 2021, Great Place to Work ranked DB1 as the 12th best medium-sized company in Brazil, the 13th best medium-sized company to work for in Information Technology, and the 6th best medium-sized company to work for in Paraná, in addition to receiving grade 4.6 on Glassdoor. For the second year running, the company was also named one of the fastest-growing companies in the Americas by Financial Times.
