Language School CNA launches gamified teaching platforms with the help of DB1.
CNA and DB1 Global Software created gamified teaching platforms with more than 2,600 activities. “CNA Go” and “CNA Net” are modern platforms for teaching English, developed with the support of DB1 Global Software. Both merges online (75%) and face-to-face (25%) activities, promoting the interaction of same-level students with many audios, videos, and online teachers.

With the growth of learning applications and gamification in several areas, CNA realized the opportunity and need to offer this experience to their customers.
Customer impact
Increased student portal access by 45%, compared to the same period before the pandemic.
Operations were maintained in 94% of the network, with synchronous classes. And the satisfaction level of the CNA Live Class was above 90%, with the customers being satisfied/very satisfied with the solution.
More than 2,600 study and practice activities among 18 courses created.

Faced with the challenge of developing a mobile app focused on improving the student experience through gamification, CNA sought DB1 Global Software to understand our work model. After knowing all the technical certifications and the DB1 teams’ details, CNA trusted that the project’s high technical complexity and the short deadline would not delay delivery.
An enormous technical challenge: provide the best experience for almost half a million students
At the first moment, considering the need to meet the delivery deadline, it was clear what would be the best methodology for this project. This arrangement of methodologies to match the project requirements is part of DB1’s know-how.
We gathered a team of experts to assure a better user interaction experience: mobile developers, web developers, UX and UI analysts, software architects, project managers, and QAs made a difference and took care of even the littlest details.
“Before writing the first line of codes, our big challenge was to identify who the users of the platform were. For that, we relied on our team of UX (user experience) experts to research with real users of the system,” says David Santos, CEO and Executive Director of DB1 Global Software.”
Innovative and accessible English learning
With CNA Go and CNA Net, the student can now learn in practice, using a unique app focused on a fantastic experience keeping in touch with real teachers.
With many game levels available for training, students can record audio to test their pronunciation, write to test their English spelling, and listen to exercise understanding.
CNA Net is an online platform to support the in-person class by adding gamification elements and a different interface for age stage: children, teenagers, and adults. The platform also allows online conversations with real teachers.
